Hiring someone with MS

Just wondered what the situation is re applying for a new job. If you disclose MS diagnosis in a medical is it discrimination not to hire you if you are otherwise fine? And what if you do have symptoms, does that count against you if you would still be able to do the job? Thanks

I applied for a job at JD sports warehouse my brother got took on via agency but they didn’t even give me a interview and I’m sure its because I put I have m.s, yet when I applied for a job at asda warehouse and I didn’t put it on I got took on str8 away as a folk lift truck driver

I’m also wondering does every job application ask health questions? Presumably any with a decent salary have a medical…
