Thanks All. I have new insoles for my shoes. Very comfy. Better than the previous ones. This arm weat her is shutting me down already. Shame because it is lovely, just not for me!! Hope all doing g OK. ? Anne

Hi Anne, your not alone in feeling bad, i am too i have been in a nasty relapse now for 18 week and its getting worse by the day.This heat will finish me off im sure.

tHIS HOT WEATHER IS AWFUL! Sorry not shouiting, just having trouble typing!
You can see how it is affecting me. I love the warmer weather but it does me no favours at all. If it isnt the heat it is the wasps that sting me and I end up in hospital having steroids to bring down the allergy! Twice now!!!

Hi Anne, Hot weather is awful with MS isn’t it. Stay as cool as you can and don’t sit in the sun whatever you do!
