I HAVE MS AND THE WORST PROBLEM I ENDURE IS PRESSURE IN MY HEAD WHICH AT TIMES IS REALLY DEBILITATING. IF ANYBODY IS OUT THERE WITH MS THAT IS OR AS EXPERIENCED THIS SYMPTOM AND HAS ANY USEFUL ADVICE I WOULD TRULY APPRECIATE IT

having not been troubled with headaches before I got MS I now realise how lucky I was.
Make sure that you aren’t dehydrated, Take paracetamol or neurofen, settle in your comfiest place and hope for the best.

Morning, I sometimes get a feeling of pressure in my head, its not a headache, no pain involved, I also drink lots of water, but the feeling is like my heads too full, like it’s going to burst, my balnce tends to get worse at this point and I feel like I’m not on planet earth, strange feeling.

Hi Carol, thank you for your sympathy. I have certainly tried your suggestions thank you again however mine is not headaches. Its head pressure, good luck yourself with any symptoms that may be troubling you
Hi ! I get this so badly too. It comes in chunks of weeks for me. Every day for a couple of weeks it will be there. It’s horrible. I also get some nausea with it. But generally I would describe the pressure like travel sickness. My head ends up hurting too from it sometimes. It’s a particular type of pressure headache. You have my sympathies. Before having a baby I would just rest, now I just have to try and manage somehow.
Hi Emily, thank you for sharing your experience and symptoms, you too have my sympathies. It sounds as near to my condition as it possibly could be. Do you take any medication which helps or dampens the symptom?

Hi, over the years of me having MS (SPMS) this pressure has got worse, why, no one seems to know, I do know for me the fatigue has got a lot worse and along with that comes the pressure. I’m not and have never been on DMT.
