Talk about things you like to do…that song bounced in my head. Who was it? Captain sensible? I think so. Anyway lovely morning, must try and get some air.

i was glum a few days ago, and people wrote nice things and I thank you for that. Today is a lovely bright day, and yes I managed a shower…ooooh the excitement and thrill of being clean. So I wish you all a bright happy day. For those who may not be feeling so bright I hope your mood lifts a little, and for those already happy hello.

I thank you for those kind, cheery thoughts which I return whole heartedly.

When I’m feeling low there are two songs that usually perk me up. One is Always Look on the Bright Side by Monty Python and the other is Happy by Pharrell. I’m not always affected by the weather, but the sunshine today doesn’t hurt.
