I am increasingly becoming lonely with MS and wondered if there were any friendship groups where people can email, text, meet for coffee etc
Contact the MS society they will tell you where your nearest MS group is. See top of page for contact.

You could have a look on the shift.ms website too, as there may be local groups organised on there (I know one for Sheffield has been organised on there).
