Foot drop - footwear for female

I have foot drop and wear a FES… my ‘yesterday’s’ footwear was oh la la 3" heels… obviously those are now in yesteryear, so i now wear enclosed, flat, toe slightly raised footwear. I have read about ‘rocker’ footwear being a good choice for drop foot, can anyone help with the predicament.

Thank you

This used to be known as “masai barefoot technology”, although that was a good few years ago. The idea seemed sound and I did try a pair, but fear my MS was too far advanced and proved to only make walking more perilous.
I guess the answer to your question is to try before you buy and see if they suit you.

Hi.
I haven’t looked back (not a good idea whilst walking)
since I bought my Skechers. They are incredibly light and so comfortable. Brilliant for walking with my FES AND they are machine washable.
Would recommend looking at them.

Best wishes.
