Hi everyone. I have this weird feeling on the top part of my foot. Towards the last two toes, 3/4 of the way down the top of my foot. I woke up and as I was walking around, it felt like I had something on my foot. I even tried to move it, but nothing was there. It feels like something is in there. Especially when I walk or move my toes.
It’s got progressively less obvious actually throughout the day, but it’s still there. Especially when I pay attention to it. It also feels like it tingles slightly.
Movement is fine. Please tell me someone else knows what this is ??
Does it feel like a loose hair or a wayward sticker on top of the foot, or is it like bugs crawling under the skin? If either of those, I get them regularly on various parts of my body.

I had a very similar unusual feeling in both feet under my toes- I described it as feeling like a sock was scrunched up between my toes. I spoke to my GP who thought it might be Morton’s neuroma and booked me in for an ultrasound at the hospital.
The feeling actually went away itself after about 3-4 weeks and by the time the ultrasound came around it had gone and the ultrasound showed nothing wrong.
