Me too! After 4 months of stressing, Im still in the Support Group.
I got the renewal ESA form in May, sent it in June. I was so sure I would have to go for a WCA . Just got the leiktter and no assessment. I did send in a report from my Neuro and MS nurse with the ESA50 so I think that helped.
I really feel for everyojne that may be waiting for a decision. I dont know what I’d have done if I had to go through a WCA, I got myself so stressed just waiting for a decision. Hopefully I can forget about ESA for a while, but we’ve got the PIP assessment to come whenever that will be.
I’m not trying not to worry about that yet!

Lets hope the government are listening to us, because we have not chosed to be here, its just happened without our control.

I have also been placed in the support group without a medical. My nerves were in shreds waiting on results. I honestly think that anyone found not fit for work because of an illness that is not going to get better should be taken out of the system and not called back for reassessment.

well done you and everyone else who got the right decision first time.
We dont need this added stress, eh?

Congrats everyone, I am happy for you all and gives me some hope too.
I sent my appeal in Feb 12 and got a letter back on 29th August 12 saying it will be around 9 months until I get to fight my case.
My lawlor found out that they lost my letter from my MS doctor that says I wont ever be able to work full time or part time ever again.
