Electric blanket

Hello friends,

Just leaving this here in case it helps anyone. When I’m in pain, covering myself with my electric blanket on a medium setting really helps! It also makes it easier for me to fall asleep. Of course, I take painkillers if needed (the blanket won’t treat the pain), but I think it calms me down and gives me a bit of comfort. I probably won’t be using it for long since summer is coming, but I wanted to share this tip in case it brings you some relief too. xx

I use one in bed and have an electric fleece blanket. I would be lost without them and thermals.

I am glad you confirm I am not imagining things, animali. :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

I think it’s mostly psychological, but it does help. Xx

Hi @MariaB123, I use one in bed too, love it, but I also bought my self a mini one that goes on my back and that really helps my lower back pain, wouldn’t be without it,
Take care of yourself,

I should buy a mini one. It’s a very good idea.

Hi Maria

I agree I would be lost without mine.

Love my electric blanket…. I fall asleep much easier and tend to stay asleep better as well. I also have a mini one for localised pain which I bought years ago for a non MS back problem. Would recommend both!
