Hi all, I’ve recently been diagnosed and just getting round informing the DVLA. Thing is, I don’t know my neurologist’s address… it’s Dr. MacDougall of Lanarkshire and greater Glasgow and Clyde if anyone has an address for him? I’m not sure if it would be okay to miss this part out if I can’t source it? I’ve tried to look at letters I’ve been sent and online etc. but I cannot for the life of me find it

His address would be the hospital address you saw him at 
The address is at the top of your letter with you patient details as well.
