Does this sound familiar?

Firstly a very happy new year to all. This is my third attempt at posting this - I apologise for this but am having trouble posting and I’ve no idea what’s going on… I have a pain in my right butt cheek that radiates to my hip and top part of me leg. My right ankle is sensitive too. I’m RRMS and am not on any pain meds other than paracetamol and ibroprofen I also take Baclofen and fluoxetine daily. I just can’t sit comfortable and sleeping, well best just leave it there!!! Does this type of pain sound familiar to anyone? Any feedback welcome. Wiggle x

Hi, I find all my hinges feel sore and feel bruised to touch. Elbows, wrists, knees and hips. I believe getting exercise helps to keep my muscles strong but fatigue is winning that fight at the moment. Some nights I get so restless I have a hot bath and it does reset everything for a decent sleep. My New Years resolution is monthly sports massages I think that will help get everything moving. Just got to find someone to do it now.

I have had similar, but found out my was back and sciatica problems, a chiropractor helped. Always worth looking into other things incase not ms related.

Hello Wiggle

I have this problem too but I have psoriatic arthritis and osteoarthritis of left hip/knee besides ms.

Like zoe says it may have nothing to do with your ms…have a word with your GP.

All the best

I have had problems sitting down due to a pain in my left buttock which radiates down my leg for 2 years now but no one could find anything wrong and it is why when I was rushed to hospital in August with (as it turned out) my first episode,I was able to take an MRI with me. Obviously my mind has been on other things like 2 relapses since, but I am still having problems sitting down and I am going to ask my neuro if it is related when I see him next week.
