DLA AND THE DOCTORS REPORT - ADVICE

Hi ,I originally put in for DLA in April 11,first rejected and recently had my appeal adjourned to get a home doctors visit,I have just got the report and his comments inc

*poor balance,chronic pain in both lower legs

both legs unsturdy and wobbling

gait - ataxic

uses walking stick and wall for support

slow speed of walking

likely distance before on set of severe discomfort - 40m 1 minute

walking very poor

What do you think are my chances of DLA from these comments,could the appeal rule in my favour without the stress of attending for a 2nd time.
