Hello everybody, I hope you are all as well as you can be.
I have had MS for 12 years now, and all I have had symptom wise is I can’t really walk more than my front door to a taxi, so I use a wheelchair when I go into town with my wife, so she doesn’t have to feel guilty when we have to go in every shop.
but for a couple of days now, I have been feeling dizzy all the time. I haven’t mentioned it to my wife, until yesterday when I got off of the bed and had a bit of a tumble. I feel dizzy all the time. I know that it can be a symptom of MS, but how do people put up with it, because I feel dizzy all the time now.
Does anyone know if it stops after a while, or know how to manage it. Thanks for the replies in advance, if I get any

Hello Pete
It sounds like vertigo, or an imbalance with your vestibular system.
There are exercises you can do to help with the dizziness, if you have a good physiotherapist s/he might be able to help. I had a great one a few years ago who taught me some exercises to help.
Try asking for a referral to a neurological physiotherapist, your MS nurse may be able to help, or ask your GP.
Have a look at: Dizziness (vertigo) | MS Trust
Best of luck.
