different attitudes to different aids...

It’s the only way people are going to learn about the “human aspect” of MS - my mum was an infants teacher, but the MS came on and hit her hard during the school summer holidays, so after her first relapse and diagnosis, she never went back to work. I am a secretary in the Medical School in Aberdeen, and, although the people I work with are mostly health professionals, they seem to not know much about MS, I seem to be an education to them which I am glad about - if they ever work with somebody with MS again, they’ll have a better picture.

I haven’t really been out much in the chair yet, mostly only to work, but I have a theatre trip planned in a couple of weeks, so I’ll be interested to see how folk are then.
