I spent the greater part of yesterday in floods…once I started I couldn’t stop! All because I started to imagine that my grandchildren might get this wretched disease. Back on track today! Nina x
Hi Nina,
Its very easy to get thoughts like that, I know, glad today is better.

I think having this wretched condition and apparently “coping” means there’s always going to be the odd emotional breakdown along the way, and I think it’s pretty normal!
What we all need to keep aware of is when we lose sight of enjoying life because that’s when depression is starting to creep in. I’m sure anyone that’s suffered from depression can confirm that all the joy is just sucked out of life and you just can’t see a way forward, or good way forward.
I think it’s pretty healthy that we can talk here and open up to each other ![]()

Thanks for asking Nina.
I think they have made a slight difference as other people are noticing my mood has changed slightly.
Due to see my GP tomorrow to hand in a questionnaire on which one of the answers was dead easy. “Do you feel stressed at work?” The hell I do.
Take care y’all.
Glad to hear you’re doing ok
Hope things are slowly on the up now.
