I thought people my be interested in my experience with fatigue and dark chocolate. Over the past year I have stopped drinking or eating anything with aspartame. I put my improvement of fatigue down to this. Interestingly though this coincided with me being on a diet and losing two stone. As part of that diet rather than eating milk chocolate I always have a bit of dark chocolate which I keep in the fridge. I still get fatigue but the difference in the past year is quite amazing. I almost feel normal. I also take CBD oil for spasms which have pretty much gone. The research mentioned hot dark chocolate. I don’t know if the heat makes a difference again but eating dark chocolate cold seems to do it for me. I just thought I’d share my experience.
