Thanku Janet, still no proper diagnosis. Thinks it’s ms but has to have ecg+more bld tests. Have a down hubby. But Thanku for your support. X
Unfortunately it takes a lot of tests and time to come to a definate dx because the more info the Neuro gets the more positive they can be. So try to be patient, difficult I know but don’t give up. Best wishes.

My daughter has recently been diagnosed with MS and I feel quite powerless at the moment. She is very independent so far but I am feeling so powerless and emotional. I am strong in front of her but got to pieces when I’m on my own. Any advice on how to manage these feelings would be really welcome…fleur4 x
Hi fleur, I know how u feel, if your daughter has a ms nurse u can ask to go to a meeting. We did and although it’s mainly for her u do get a chance to talk to someone with more answers and our nurse was frank but a wonderful support. I used to shower 3/4 times a day just to cry but slowly I’m understanding this thing I once thought would destroy us to knowing how we can handle it. Today was MRI day+6th of Jan is a fingers crossed day we can know for sure what side we r on. Love to u+your daughter. It’ll b ok soon, u’ll learn+grow and this site is a great help too. Never stop the tears if they come they come.but it will b easier to cope with. Have a lovely xmas. Hugs to u lv Theresa xxxxx
