My neurologist phoned with my mri results today, he said I don’t have ms (so I probably shouldn’t be posting here!) but it has shown a problem called Chiari malformation which is most likely causing my symptoms, basically it means my brain is sitting too low and compressing my spine! Has anyone come across this before? I am referred to neurosurgery now and waiting to see what happens.
Hi, a friend of mine has this, along with other things She is also awaiting surgery.
I have looked it up and yes, it is an awful condition.
