I’ve found when I have coffee to help with fatigue in the mornings/afternoons that it really doesn’t agree with me at all. I’m assuming this will be due to my MS and caffeine sensitivity due to me not being a regular coffee drinker. Has anyone else had similar issues/found a thing to help for daily energy?
Some people, but not all, believe caffeine helps regulate their fatigue imho.
I limit my caffeine to just one coffee and tea, every morning and only water for the rest of the day, I no longer drink alcohol; this works for me, but has no real impact on my fatigue idk.
