Hi all …does anyone else get a feeling that they have burnt their tongue and roof of mouth. I get this and wondered if its a peculiarity to me or do others get it? Thanks Sarah x
Hi Sarah, it could be the nerves mucking about with the sensations in your mouth.
Do you have any numbness or pins and needles in your mouth? If so, it’s possible that you are really burning your mouth by not realising how hot food or drink is.
Make sure that food and drink is cool enough… perhaps try it a bit cooler than usual as it might be an ‘over-sensitive’ area.
