Are any of you also suffering bruxism ( grinding teeth ) ? . I’ve just ordered night guards …( gum shields) to stop myself grinding teeth at night. …as it’s now causing pain to my jaw and ears …I’m being tested by ENT for growths on my neck , plus throat issues… but suddenly realise and read that many symptoms I’ve complained about can come from simply STRESS and clenching our teeth.
I was shocked when I realised. I will get it clarified though when I see specialist, just incase I’m wrong. Another condition which is linked is TEMPOROMANDIBULAŔ DYSORDER ( TMD or TMJ ). … jaw joint and muscle problems. …which causes alot of pain and swallowing , choking problems …even throat lock and spasms.
My concern…
How do we know when are symptoms are not connected with our neurological condition ? That they are simply something else, completely different. …
