body temperature and wispy face

Hi all,

I was just wondering if anybody knew of any links between MS and low body temperature.

I am aware that being too hot in places like showers and foreign climbs may trigger MS activity but I am at present suffering low body temperature. I checked it earlier and it was 32.7!

My MS is active at the minute. I feel as if Ive walked into a spiders web - i call it wispy face. I feel as though i have hair over my face. Anyone else felt like that??

Please help!!!

Sami

Morning Sami I’m suffering with freezing cold feet atm :frowning: nothing warms them up for longer than a few mins and my right cheek has been burning for days but looks the same as the left "/ I also get the ‘whispy face’ as u call it but I just put it down to thinking there actually were hairs in my face lol drives u mad doesn’t it lol but on the whole I’m finding I fall into the too hot group I’m not yet dx but it’s weird thing this (poss for me) whole MS thing isn’t it hope u feel less chilly n itchy soon  Lou

i feel hot but my body temp is always low, ive queried it but no answer except could be thyroid

My mothers a nurse and she does a lot of reading. It could be thyroid but i had my thyroid checked about 3 months ago and it was normal.

It’s weird, but im still very much in denial really. I hat not being able to do what other ppl my age do. So i ignore it until something happens.

I need to watch for temperature being too warm or too cold, I also have had my thyroid checked so guess it is to do with MS, also thought it was menapausal but no.

Hi Sammi

The temperature that you have mentioned is that the temperature that you have taken or is it a temperature that your doctor has taken from you? If it was taken by you by what instrument and from where on your body?

Sorry about the questions.
