Good evening Ms. Chick. It is me Jim Veendam47. Looks like you have changed you hair or hopefully bought a wig. How have you been? I met with my primary doctor on Wed; things are about the same, except my rheumatoid level is about twice normal. I think that justifies my complaints regarding pain being about twice bearable. Now he has to adjust my mess. Well, check in and let me know what is going on with you. Jim

Thank you! I loved your post and the animal pictures too smiley. Completely agree, animals really help us relax, minimize stress, offer a sense of safety. Winston Churchill once said, “There is something about the outside of a horse that is good for the inside of a man.” Probably he was talking about the benefits of horseback riding, but his comment goes deeper than just physical exercise. Being around animals is good for the mind too. I have a cat and feels like he always knows when I’m in pain or stressed out, and tries to help. From the other side, the writing process is a good way to relax for me. Listing my thoughts on paper helps me to make sense of what I’m feeling and helps to get rid of stress. So from time to time I practice just freewriting for https://writingcheap.com/paper-writing.html or focus on short stories.
