Hi, I was diagnosed with RRMS in March this year and started Betaferon 2 months ago, the flu symptoms have settled right down but the injection site reactions are terrible. After a couple of days they grow to about 3 inches in diameter and feel hot and bruised, and they last for weeks. Does anyone have any advice or found any magic tricks to deal with these??! I think I’m running out of good skin areas to inject!

I found putting a cold compress on the site before injecting stopped the reactions from being as bad as they were, my legs were covered. I have now changed to injecting in my bottom more and it seems to be alot better for me.
