Best Home Exercises for MS Patients Need Honest Suggestins

Hi everyone,

I hope you’re all doing well. I’ve been looking into home exercises for MS patients for a while now, and wanted to ask for some honest people here who may have real experience. I’ve been a long-term user of home exercise routines to help with mobility and daily strength, and lately I’ve been trying to find better structured programs or guides that are designed specifically for MS patients. I already spent quite a bit of time doing my research on multiple platforms, especially reading discussions on Reddit and checking many user reviews from different communities.I’ve seen so far, these two options seem to be mentioned quite often and appear to be highly rated by many users:

Just to be clear, I’m not here to promote anything at all. These simply have a lot of reviews and mentions, and I’m currently doing research before making a final decision. If anyone here has tried them or has other recommendations for home exercises that work well for MS patients, I would really appreciate your feedback. Have a nice day, and thanks again!

I think the trick is to not push yourself too far. Any movement, little and often will be a good thing as long as your balance and coordination allows.

Have a look at Theraband gold. Some Physios use it. It can be cut up to offer lesser or greater resistance. Similar stuff can be bought for less and, there’s all sorts of ways to use it depending on what you need.

Good luck :slightly_smiling_face::+1:

Jon.
