Hi sheep my meds are ‘sorted’ and don’t think they’re doing any good however I forgot to take my 4 o clock batch so was all wrong. But Apparantly they do as I have been sleeping. I need a massage do you think I could grab someone off the street lol. Hope you’ve managed to sleep x

Hi, I had chips from the fish & chips shop with my tea. Started with leg jerking an hour or so later, restless leg then stiff legs overnight. Couldn’t change position in bed without waking up first and having to manually move my right leg. Starchy carbs. You’d think I’d have learnt by now. Heather

Hi,

Wonder if it’s something in the air? I was so bad last night, it crossed my mind I’d somehow gone to bed without any Baclofen but there seem to be the right number missing from the pack this morning, so can’t be that.

Even when I was asleep, I was having nightmares about pain. I also had a horrible nightmare about being in South Shields (nothing wrong with South Shields - a town I know from college days), but being desperate to return to London, before bad weather set in. However, I was wandering around for miles, but couldn’t find the station. Meanwhile, the waves were getting more horrific, and it seemed I had nowhere to stay for the night.

No idea why I dreamt of apocalyptic storms on the east coast, when it’s the west that’s getting battered. And of course, as soon as I woke up, I realised S. Shields doesn’t have a mainline railway station, but does have The Metro. So impossible for me to have wandered for hours, but not found that! My brain must have concocted the story of wandering for hours, to explain why my legs hurt so much.

I was awake in the night wheezing and coughing because the weather is so ruddy changeable at the moment. Took my inhaler but then of course it took ages to get comfortable and I could hear the wind outside and the rain hitting the windows. (Thank goodness I am on the east coast which isnt too badly affected. Feeling very sorry for those on the west.) Then I needed a wee … I must’ve dropped off eventually but now I’m up much later than I had intended, I have so much to catch up on and a zombie head :-(. I hope I can shake this blooming’ cold off soon, it’s been over 2 weeks now. Here’s hoping for a better night tonight everyone Tracey x
