Hi folks, can anyone give me some advice. Which is best to take liquid or tablet form of LDN? I take LDN liquid form upto 4.5ml and wonderd if tablets might be easier?

Hi, I take the capsules at 3mg, I took liquid at first because it’s easier to adjust the dose. I think it’s just personal preference but I find traveling with capsules and pills a lot easier than the liquid.xxjo

I have only ever taken the liquid-simply because it was cheaper!
