Advice please - first appointment

Hi all, would be grateful for some advice for my first neuro appointment after leaving hospital two months ago.

I was admitted with numbness from my waist down, initial thoughts were transverse myelitis. That changed when I explained I had a similar episode two years ago. Had spine and brain MRIs as well as a lumbar puncture while I was in hospital. My neurologist is a MS specialist and said the lesions in my brain and spine indicated MS. Since leaving my waist, legs and feet are no longer numb. However, six weeks ago, I experienced a tingling down my arms and now my hands and arms are numb, with mobility quite limited now.

Tomorrow is my follow-up appointment- what sort of question should I be asking at this point? Is it realistic to expect a diagnosis? Should we be talking about treatment plans now?

I would be asking about the LP results.

I hope that your consultation went well and that you now have a clearer idea of what the medics think is amiss and what is to be done.
