Where do i start??

Hi,

I need of a little advice.

I have been living outside the UK for 10 years now, but am about to head back. Will probably be settling back in the South/West - Southampton / Winchester area.

About 1.5 years ago i was diagnosed with MS via Optic Neuritis and MRI’s and put on an indefinite course of Avonex… I understand the philosophy is get treatment early for a better prognosis (40 years old).

Does this differ in the UK? Will i struggle to get this prescription?

Can anybody recommend a good Neurologist?

Hi, you could try googling the hospitals in the area you are moving to. Look at their neurology dept and see if any MS specialists names come up.

I dont know the area, but hopefully, you`ll get more replies from folk who do.
