Hi everyone,
I was wondering what little tips or changes have made the biggest difference to your everyday life with MS.
I’m not necessarily talking about medications, but the practical things—whether it’s something you’ve changed at home, a gadget you’ve found useful, pacing yourself differently, or a routine that’s helped manage fatigue or other symptoms.
Sometimes it’s the simple ideas that make the biggest difference, and I’d love to hear what’s worked for others. It might help someone who’s newly diagnosed or just looking for ways to make day-to-day life a bit easier.
Looking forward to hearing your suggestions.

Hello, what I would say is there are loads of gadgets from tools to help tie buttons, to items to help clean your feet (to be honest for some it would have been useful before MS). I have also found a scooter to be really useful once you get over using one!!! I think that is my biggest tip dont let pride get in the way of asking for help as there is lots out there and it makes life so much easier.
Here are my current favourites. A water mister for face and neck plus neck fan. They work well together as portable air con.
Keep your muscles as strong as possible.
