Was this an MS hug?

I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this? Is this what it is like to have “MS hug”? I am just wondering cause i am struggling to know what it is. I know i have some ms style symptoms what i struggle with but no diagnosis.
The other day i was up all night with a stinging/burning/tingling sort of pain in my stomach making it really hard to sleep. Woke up being sick from the pain and feeling nauseous after.
In the morning i had serious bad pain in my stomach chest area what then moved into my right side. It was so bad i could hardly move around, or put on my shoes.
So i went to the doctors, and then got sent to the hospital. As the thought it might be a UTI or my appendix. Had bloods done, CT scan, urine tests done. All came back negative. They could not find any problems at all. Got sent home.
The pain stayed though out most of the day into the night .. morphine helped a little but not a lot. Thankfully the next day felt completely drained, headache, no spoons. But the pain has now subsided.
Many thanks for reading and any responses. X

Could you have had gall bladder issue? Pain from that radiates around that area and is extremely painful.

My experience of MS Hug was different from what you describe felt like a tight wide band that tightened and constricted around my diaphragm and chest. bit like being crushed, really uncomfortable scary as it affected my breathing i was lucky in that only had it once lasted a few days. I know for some people it can be excruciating.

The pain originated from my chest upper abdomen area. Like a tight sharp shooting tingling feeling was hard to breathe. Whilst i was sleeping. What was a new sensation to me.

The pain the spread after that to lower stomach/side (which might be a separate issue, as that pain comes and goes). Or have pulled something whilst i was sleeping/ trying to protect myself from the abdominal pain.
I don’t think gallbladder, the CT scan came back clear.
