Have been on warfarin for some years and due to see nurse at the surgery tomorrow to have blood test to check that I’m at the ‘right level.’
Also due B12 injection.
Surgery is open and these tests are being done - is it safe for me to go or should I cancel, and take a chance that the warfarin level is o.k.?
(have been self-isolating for about 10 days.)
To be honest I think you need to go, my mother in law is in the same situation, warfarin, not MS, but she’s 86yrs and she’s still going, hard I know, but I think you need to know your levels are ok, good luck, x x
Can they not come to you?
My district nurses would do it if I couldnt go out.

went to the surgery earlier - only four chairs in the waiting area, one in each corner of the room well away form each other - don’t think any doctors were working. Nurse in mask, gloves, gown - had test (2.8) - also B12 injection.
