Come the apocalypse we’ll be dining on tinned peaches from ALDI. Just thankful the plumber was able to fix the shower. Inlet pipe for it froze on Weds = no shower… He has got a list of call outs a mile long, poor bloke.
And apparently we are getting a ‘mini beast from the East’ (Scandinavia I think) this weekend and more snow. The Scandinavians can keep it IMO. I use a hiking pole instead of a walking stick too. I’ll be looking at it to see if it has a pointy end!
