Is anyone here on Vumerity (dimethyl fumarate)? Curious about its efficacy, side effects, etc.

I’m taking Tecfidera for RRMS but the side effects are tough. My consultant said he’d try to get me onto Vumerity instead this year. It was approved for use by NHS England in April 2022 but I’m yet to find anyone who’s managed to get it. Have you? Is it just a promise that is yet to materialise for anyone?
I think there are other DMTs are out there that are more effective. I think they like to concentrate on a subset of all those available DMTs for building up experience and ease of administration.
