I have been told I have vvs had one faint which was thought o be heart attack turned out after numerous test heart is good. Tilt table test had positive result and this lead to the diagnoised vvs. I am not convinced in fact I disagree completely, I have too many other symptoms. Because of this dx the gp just thinks neurotic I am sure. But I knw my body and what is going on no wonder I am stressed when nobody understands! I have joint and muscle pain in legs, a terrible burning pain in my thigh. Pins and needles. Pin pricking feelings in legs and hands. Lose of vocabulary when speaking. Urge to wee with few accidents. Vertigo, balance problems and in the last few weeks a feeling of a wet chin but it is not like I feels after a filling at the dentist. What is going on. Waiting if MRI after having to pay private for neuro. I am in limbo in a big way.
Hello and welcome
I have vasovagal syncope too. Thankfully I don’t faint very often at all anymore, but at its worst, I was blacking out all over the place
I’m not aware of vvs causing other neurological symptoms so I’m surprised that no one is looking to see what might be underlying both the vvs and the other symptoms.
It sounds like you’re on the right path to finding out though, seeing a neuro. Hopefully the MRI will reveal all and it won’t be long till you get some answers.
In the meantime, I hope you’ve had a thorough battery of blood tests? Vitamin deficiencies like D3 and B12 can cause much of what you describe and are relatively simple to fix.

Thanks I began to think I was going mad. Had blood tests, angiogram, heart MRI, tilt table test (was positive) only having MRI now as I paid private for neuro. In my opinion because I have suffered some depression in the past gp thinks it is all in my head, I can tell by the way he speaks to me. I know that all these symptoms are for real. I have not worked since may when I collapsed and cant see me going back any time soon. Hope MRI appointment comes soon. Any advise you an offer is much appreciated. Thank you
I have this and they never confirmed what caused it but it can be strees, pain or your adrenal function not working.
You could have arthistis or aniexty, they should similar symptoms.
