Very sad to hear about Jimmy Young, I use a signed photo as a bookmark in his autobiography, grew up with JY on the radio.
Jimmy Young was a wonderful entrenched part of British radio. A good classic quality broadcaster.
A wonderful legend lost but he lived a long life and totally clean and scandal less. Just perfect!
I have missed him from the radio for may years and I am sad that he has died.

Me too, used to like the grocer spot,speaking of which,when did you last see capons for sale? Legal eagle and beagle very informative too. My grandmother loved him as a singer too, true legend! I’m very sad that he died, but good life and a good age,but still sad.
