I am having trouble using my hands especially with writing and typing. I am having trouble typing this. Do any of you use a programme on your computer that you talk to and it will type for you?
Dragon software is quite good. Contact AbilityNet, they specialise in IT help and advice for ppl with disabilities.

Contact access to work if you’re employed by a company and they will come out and assess and recommend suitable software like dragon plus you won’t have to pay for it all or if at all.
Google Docs is free and comes with very good speech to text

Yes, I use Dragon NaturallySpeaking, and it’s been a huge help. It lets you dictate emails, documents, and even control your computer with your voice. After a little setup and practice, it’s very accurate and has greatly reduced the amount of typing I need to do. It’s definitely worth trying if writing and typing have become difficult.
