Normally I’m ok with the heat here but I’m struggling badly today. I’m now a seriously grumpy git. Roll on tomorrow.

Same here. That has always been the case for me, but MS has made it much more so.
In a country that isn’t built for heat, it seems to me that most people trying to go about their business feel out-of-sorts, slow-witted and short-tempered in our occasional spells of extreme heat. As a person who has had MS for a little while, I feel very out-of-sorts, slow-witted and short-tempered indeed!
