Today has finally arrived! I have my appointment to start tecfidera today with my MS nurse! Been a long 2years to get to this stage 
hardly slept a wink last night due to feeling nervous and anxious! But onwards and upwards

Haha thanks, 1 night done and dusted, hot flushes and prickly heat and shivers have been the only side affect as we speak, kinda look like “Patrick” from SpongeBob lol

Yay, the first one done is always a bit anxiety-inducing, but it sounds like you smashed it! I had my Ocrevus today and I have been getting that anxious feeling, but it was over in an hour and now I wonder what I was even worried about!
