Ok, this is a strange 1 but can anyone tell me why after I’ve been engaged in conversation, i feel absolutely tired out !!!

Concentration causes fatigue.
Well when i got home i was staggering about like i had drunk a barrel of beer, fell asleep then woke feeling full of energy and no 'staggering ’ ( or not more than normal haha)
