I think, the answer should be individualized. As for me, I don’t take any extra vitamins without consulting my doc. He always suggests me what is better at the moment and what is obviously not necessary. The only vitamin I take without any recommendation is Vitamin D3. I take it every day. Other than that (of course, not taking into account my medications), I first get tested, read the info on the Online Pharmacy site about the deficiency and needed vitamins, and then decide what vitamins or supplements my body needs.
I take Vitamin D, Vitamin C and magnesium on a daily basis. Though I guess I will have to take a break, I’m going to ask a doctor.
Hello VikiBik and welcome!
Of course, it’s better to ask a professional or even got tested.
So glad you’re reaching out for advice.
For a daily boost, Vitamin D is great, and it’s awesome that you’re considering supplements. Apart from the usual suspects like Vitamin C and Omega-3, I’ve found that Argireline has some interesting benefits. It’s Acetyl Hexapeptide-8, which mimics the N-terminus of SNAP-25 protein. Might be worth looking into! Wishing you a speedy return to your healthy habits!
I am now taking vitamin D and omega 3
Hi! It’s great you’re getting back into a supplement routine. A few common daily ones many people take are:
- Vitamin D – especially if you’re not in the sun much
- B12 – good for energy and brain health
- Magnesium – helps with sleep, stress, and muscles
- Omega-3 – supports heart and brain health
- Probiotics – great for gut health
- Multivitamin – covers general nutritional gaps
Always best to check with your doctor to see what’s right for you. Wishing you good health!
