Stay strong Tracy! Follow what PJDay has said and keep fighting it. Get all the help you can and if they turn your mandatory reconsideration down then take it to appeal. I’m not going to lie, it was a tough process for me, it took almost a year and I struggled with money hard but when I won my tribunal it was such a relief.
Have you heard of Fightback? They are a non profit that helps those in the same situation as yourself and they have a really good success rate. This is their facebook Fightback and this is their website http://www.fightback4justice.co.uk/

Agreed Oliver but unless readers notice that many of the comments date back more than a year they may like me feel it is or could be slightly misleading.
