Still not sure

So after my recent brain MRI, I was told because my “optic nerve sheaths are slightly dilated bilaterally “ I had to get a lumbar puncture to check pressure and fluids. The fluid was found with oligoclonal banding? But because my MRI otherwise looked fine my neurologist still isn’t set on a diagnosis, so it’s off for a spinal MRI with and without contrast. But I’m also being sent to an MS specialist because of my symptoms. Is this how diagnosis goes? I don’t know what to say I have when I hurt at work.

Hi, sounds like you could be on your way to an MS diagnosis.

Regarding work…do you feel you are managing ok, or could you do with some adaptations? I believe your boss has to do any you need.

You could tell them you are undergoing tests. They dont have to know anything more at the moment.

Right now, I’m working at a dispensary doing retail work, not really physically demanding like it was when I was working as an aide in health care. But there are days when I’m on my feet all day that hurt my feet/legs and back bad. I did ask if I can be scheduled for part of my shifts doing reception.

Hi again.
So did you get you get your job duties changed?

Can I ask if you are in USA?

I sent an email to my boss, waiting to hear back. I do live in the US
