sorry second message

Has any one been diagnosed with dissasociative Disorder or has any ones doctor ever mentioned this to them? Sorry for second message just looking going some information x

I don’t really understand the term ‘disasociative’ as it seems to cover a wide range of conditions. I was given a preliminary diagnosis of Functional neurological disorder (FND). It was explained to me as a genuine condition that causes neurological problems, but has no organic cause BUT is not self imposed. Is this the sort of info you were looking for? What has your neuro said to you? I found this website very helpful in explaining what is quite a complex issue. Hope that helps.

Have a look on for a very good decription…it’s a reliable website

Sorry ssdd, just looking at what I’ve written, wasn’t suggesting yours wasn’t reliable

No problem Blossom
