Hi, I’m hoping someone could advise me here. I’ve been having bladder problems for a year now, recurrent infections and I’m not emptying my bladder fully. I’m having a CT scan and camera put into my bladder soon as the consultant thinks I may have nerve damage. I also have been experiencing excruciating pain in both feet which I’ve been diagnosed with plantar fasciitis. I have put all this down to wear and tear and my age. However in the past 2 couple of months I’ve been experiencing pain in my right eye and cluster like headaches, the first episode lasted a couple of days, but the second has been going on fora couple of weeks now. I’ve been to the opticians and they could not see any problems, but have asked my GP to refer me for a MRI scan. I’ve obviously googled this and now believe I have MS. I have no diagnoses yet but am aware these symptoms can relate so something else. Has anyone else had similar symptoms together please?
hi jen
from experience i know that nobody has the same symptoms.
just attend your appointments and look after yourself.
you can attend the bladder and bowel clinic by self referral if your GP hasn’t referred you.

All those symptoms could be neurological or just, as you say, age. Getting an MS dx is a process of exclusion really, and will take time. Quite often you just have to wait and see what happens. But it’s all very complicated and best left to the professionals. Even though I have an MS dx, my Physio (specialises in MS) isn’t convinced my plantar fascitis is MS related, it could just be age catching up on me too. I do various stretches several times a day and it really helps see Heel pain - NHS Good luck, I do understand how worrying all this is, but you may have to get used to not having answers for quite a while.
Many thanks for all the advice… it’s much appreciated.
