Hey there!
Wondering if anyone else has experienced an increase in unusual sleep behaviour, and anything they’ve tried to remedy it?
By behaviours, I mean the following:
- Increase in sleep talking
- Acting out dreams (reaching out, sleepwalking, physical movement)
- Verbalising in your sleep (I like to go “mmm” alot apparently, like I’m agreeing with someone. Sometimes I wake myself up)
- Bruxism (teeth grinding)
Also interested to know if anyone has experienced morning symptoms that don’t show up any other time? For me:
- Nystagmus, specifically in the morning immediately after waking from little or a poor night’s sleep.
Is it MS, or am I just a gremlin at night?
It’s beginning to disturb my husbands sleep too, but I don’t know where to start to go about making it better (except maybe putting me in my own hammock where I can twirl around in peace).
