Interesting article in New Scientist exploring possible link to salt intake.
I’ve just got one of those adaption’s that make your water soft. These use salt blocks to soften the water so thank you very much for that info.
I’ve been in touch with the manufacturers and yes a trace amount of salt goes into your water but luckily enough I have a separate hard water tap so will use this for my drinking water.
It may not be proven yet if it does exacerbate MS but thanks again for the info; better to be safe than sorry.
