Has anyone any knowledge of “daylight lamps” to help with fatigue. My daughter is always better when day is bright!!
Do you mean the lamps usually used for seasonal affected disorder or SAD. If you google seasonal affected disorder lots of daylight lamps come up. Hope this helps. i haven’t got any info on them being used for MS fatigue but someone may be along later with more helpful advice.
My Mum has had MS for 24 years. She now takes extra Vitamin D (5000) per day, which she has been told medically is totally safe. Vitamin D is said to help lift moods. Sufferers of SAD often are Vitamin D deficient. I hope this helps.
