I am on 50mgs Topiramate each day. I can’t tolerate a higher dose due to the side effects. It took me a year to get from 25mgs to 50mgs. I had hideous side effects from the drug but it has reduced my migraines and I’m sure would do so more if I could tolerate a higher dose. BTW my neurologist appointment wasn’t private due to getting the cancellation
