I’m currently in the process of changing my meds atm and just hoping some of you may be able to offer your experiences to help with my decision.
I’ve been on Copaxone for 8yrs now, all absolutely fine apart from the injection site dimples that have recently started showing. I also really struggle with migraines every 2wks or so that last around 3/5 days. I take Sumatriptan to help with these but am going to discuss daily meds to hopefully prevent these too.
I have already compared them using this, I forgot to mention that, they look very similar so was hoping for some personal experiences.
Thank you though, I really appreciate your response x
This question seems to crop up a fair bit on the MS Trusts facebook page and worth checking out (if you haven’t already, of course)
I hope you get the information you need.
I’m on kesimpta, and have been on it since October last year. I chose it over Ocrevus because of a whole host of allergies I’ve acquired since having MS. I’ve found it appears to be helping and I don’t have to go to hospital I inject myself. I chose kesimpta over Ocrevus , because I didn’t want to sit in a hospital to have the infusion, plus I’m allergic to most of the antihistamines especially if they contain milk. But it was important to be on a high efficiency medication due to the brain stem lesion and the effects it’s had on my body. Have a look at the MS selfie inflcards as they give you a breakdown of the medication, how they work etc.
